Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns and exchanges can only be done if:

1. You received a damaged item - we will also cover the courier costs to return the item to our store as well as the cost to courier the new item back to you.

2. If you received the wrong item - we will also cover the courier costs to return the item to our store as well as the cost to courier the correct item back to you.

3. If the item does not fit (clothing & shoes) - the courier cost paid is NOT refundable. If you exchange the item, we will however cover the the cost to courier it back to our store, but the cost to courier the alternative size to you, will be for your own account.
